A good reliable bulk sub recipe

This bulk sub recipe is for a 50liter tub, making 10liter substrate and needing 3liter grain spawn. For smaller tub volumes, just divide the above quantities to roughly match your tub volume.

🔅  650g coir
🔅  4,5l water
🔅  2l verm
🔅  2-4 tbsp gypsum

NOTE: If u want to add h.poo, for every liter of poo replace 65g coir.

Steps:

1️⃣   Get the water boiling.
2️⃣   Mix the gypsum into the water.
3️⃣   Add the crumbled coir pieces first and stir till there are no dry bits left.
4️⃣   Add the verm and h.poo (optional) and stir evenly.
5️⃣   Leave the pot with a lid on its lowest temperature setting for 30mins to steam pasteurize.
6️⃣   Wait till it cools till room temperature before using.
