A Monkey's Guide to Lemon Tek

1️⃣ Chop mushrooms fine
2️⃣ Add to just enough lemon juice to cover the mushrooms
3️⃣ Leave for 20mins stirring every 5 minutes
4️⃣ Strain with coffee filter (optional)
5️⃣ Mix the liquid with some water or tea and drink
